NES: The Console That Saved Video Games

In the early 80s, the gaming industry was in crisis… until the NES arrived. That little gray box with rectangular controllers didn’t just bring us classics like Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda, it also restored faith that video games could be epic adventures for an entire generation.

The NES wasn’t just a console it was a gateway to worlds full of magic, impossible jumps, and hidden secrets. Many of the heroes and sagas we still enjoy today were born there.
